Who marks the sheet
There is no named analyst byline on this edition. The byline is IPO Radar. The compiler is not a SEBI-registered research analyst, and these pages are not a research report under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations. A named editor will go here when there is one — not a placeholder person invented for E-E-A-T.
Three kinds of number
Dates, price bands, lot size and issue size come from the company's prospectus and from what the exchanges publish about a public issue. NSE's upcoming-issues page is the public view. NSE's EIPO query API (demand and category-wise bids) needs a broker member login. It is not an open endpoint, so this edition does not pretend to call it.
Subscription is overlaid from a public republish of NSE and BSE bid books (ipos.markets). A newer official snapshot replaces an older one. An older snapshot never overwrites a later mark we already have. Category splits print only when they belong to that same snapshot.
GMP has no official source. SEBI does not recognise the grey market. The rupee on each row is one indication gathered for 1 Nov 2026, 9:36 PM IST, applied consistently so the sheet does not mix two clocks. Another website can, and will, show a different rupee the same day. That disagreement is the market, not a rounding error. Vedant Poly Fabs is the case on this edition: one public table printed ₹5 and another printed ₹15. This sheet uses ₹5, the timestamped evening table, not an average.
What was deliberately left blank
- Registrar, unless a prospectus summary actually names one. Only Bombay Coated & Special Steels is linked to KFintech.
- Allotment and refund dates, except where a full timetable was on the record.
- Listing prices. Nothing on this edition has listed yet. The GMP mark is not used as a stand-in.
- Grey-market history that this desk did not record. The day-wise table starts at the 1 Nov 2026 evening mark. The ingest worker now snapshots a morning mark and an evening mark; those rows accumulate. Earlier days are not copied from another website.
What this site is not
There is no user login. Apply buttons open a broker's own site. Allotment is checked on the registrar with your PAN, not here. Cloudflare is used to host the public pages. Object storage (R2) is not required for a compiled sheet, and there is no separate test environment — one production edition at a time.
The live table, and the definition of grey market premium, is IPO GMP today. The legal reading is the disclaimer.
